Business Development (BD) is a dedicated talent acquisition function focused on identifying and attracting equity long/short investment talent at the PM, senior analyst, and analyst levels. We conduct thorough due diligence on candidates beginning with an extensive, multi-step interview process through qualitative and quantitative assessments. Our success is dependent upon talent sourcing and relationship building, and we continue our relationships with new hires to assist with team development and support PMs as they build and execute their business plans. 

 

What you'll do

 

• Provide data entry and management support to assist with the execution of recruiting strategies.
• Update and maintain candidate data in the firm’s applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and reliable data is available to support our processes and reporting
• Partner with Compliance on applicable procedures and process

 

What's required

 

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience
• Strong English communication skills
• Self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards
