Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in the food delivery or hospitality industry. You possess strong leadership skills and have successfully managed teams to achieve growth targets. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to drive decisions and optimize performance. You excel in building relationships with key stakeholders and have a knack for identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. You are a creative problem solver who can navigate complex partner conversations with ease. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to articulate strategies and insights effectively to both your team and external partners.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of Account Managers, ensuring they execute their responsibilities effectively to drive customer retention and expansion. You will co-own and manage relationships with key restaurant brands, developing and executing strategies to achieve quarterly and annual growth goals. Your focus will be on driving revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, expanding product adoption, and communicating the value of Uber's offerings creatively. You will analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and present data-driven recommendations to help partners optimize their performance. Additionally, you will employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships and address any challenges that arise.
