What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center, ensuring that all operations are conducted safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding inventory production goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Overseeing the day-to-day activities of your assigned team, you will identify strengths and weaknesses, providing coaching and support to enhance performance. You will engage with your team to foster a collaborative environment, encouraging open communication and continuous improvement.

You will also play a key role in implementing best practices for vehicle inspections, ensuring that all cars meet Carvana's rigorous standards. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the team's success and maintaining high levels of quality and efficiency in the inspection process. You will collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance the overall customer experience.
