Senior Site Reliability Engineer, EMEA

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, with a strong background in building and maintaining production systems. Your expertise in cloud infrastructure, particularly with AWS, allows you to effectively manage and optimize resources. You are proficient in using Terraform for infrastructure as code, enabling you to codify and version-control your infrastructure. You thrive in hybrid work environments and are comfortable collaborating with teams both in-person and remotely. Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, and you enjoy troubleshooting complex issues in production environments. You are passionate about leveraging AI and automation to enhance operational efficiency and improve system reliability. You understand the importance of monitoring and alerting systems, ensuring that production environments are stable and performant.

What you'll do

In this role, you will leverage AI-powered tools and automation to transform how we monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production systems. You will build and operate cloud infrastructure on AWS, using Terraform to codify and version-control our infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our systems are reliable and scalable. Your responsibilities will include implementing CI/CD pipelines, managing incident response processes, and optimizing system performance. You will also be involved in capacity planning and cost optimization, ensuring that our infrastructure meets the demands of our users while remaining cost-effective. You will play a key role in developing best practices for site reliability engineering and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the team. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and share your knowledge of cloud technologies and infrastructure management.
