Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, and you can quickly identify potential technical barriers that may hinder user adoption — you are proactive in addressing these challenges and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to serve as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams.

What you'll do

As a Senior Solutions Architect at Celonis, you will be a key player in the onboarding process for new customers — your role involves ensuring that all technical components are correctly set up to facilitate a smooth transition onto the Celonis platform. You will lead discussions around user management and authentication, acting as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries.

You will work closely with the Celonis Services team and the Centers of Excellence to deliver a successful customer journey — your insights will help shape the technical setup needed for customers to leverage the full capabilities of the Celonis platform. You will be responsible for digesting customer requirements and translating them into technical specifications that guide the integration process.

Your role will also involve conducting training sessions and workshops for customers to help them understand how to utilize the Celonis platform effectively — you will empower them to drive value through process mining and automation. You will collaborate with product teams to provide feedback on customer needs and help shape future product enhancements.
