Thinkific is seeking a GTM Operations, Strategy and Insights Lead to provide analytics and insights across the go-to-market organization. You'll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive revenue growth through data-driven strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in a SaaS environment.
You have a strong background in analytics and data-driven decision-making, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a SaaS go-to-market context. You excel at turning complex data into actionable insights that drive strategy and performance. Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, sets you apart. You are passionate about storytelling with data and understand how to leverage analytics to optimize business outcomes. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. You are committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace, ensuring that every team member feels valued and heard.
Experience with data visualization tools and techniques is a plus, as is familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms. A background in business strategy or operations will enhance your ability to contribute to the team's success. Your insights will help shape the direction of the GTM organization and contribute to the overall success of Thinkific.
