Process Guide (m/w/d)
Key job responsibilities
- Frühzeitige Fehlererkennung und Fehlerbehebung als fachlicher Ansprechpartner
- Optimale Prozessbegleitung gerade während der Anlernphase / Querzertifizierung
- Sofortige Hilfestellung bei Prozessproblemen (Fast Response)
- Input für SOP-Veränderungen und einen eindeutigen Kommunikationsprozess
- Sicherstellung und Bewerten der Area Readiness
- Durchführung von SOP Audits am Arbeitsplatz (Beobachtung und Hilfestellung)
- Unterstützung von Standard Work- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Qualitätsorientierung
- • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- • Fähigkeit zum bereichsübergreifenden Denken
- • Durchsetzungsstärke und Überzeugungskraft
- • Gute Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Deutsch
- • Grundkenntnisse in englischer Sprache
- • Gute Kenntnisse des MS-Office-Paket, insbesondere MS-Excel
- • Gute Analysefähigkeiten
- • Hervorragende Prozesskenntnisse im Bereich Stow
- • Überdurchschnittliche Arbeitsleistung
- • Hohe Motivation und Wille zur Weiterentwicklung- Erfahrung als Instructor oder Q4 Process Guide (mind. 1 x komplettes Q4) ist wünschenswer
