PLACE is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee systems for delivering excellent customer service and team management. You'll be responsible for agent onboarding and maintaining operational integrity. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
You are an organized, methodical, and driven professional with a servant leader's heart. Systems are your jam — creating them, implementing them, refining them. Your attention to detail is unsurpassed and you thrive on your high standards, quality of work, and your ability to serve others. You are an empire protector focused on protecting the time and resources of yourself and the rest of the team. You have experience in listing management and transaction coordination, which will help you excel in this role.
In this role, you will build, implement, maintain, and own all systems for delivering excellent internal and external customer service. You will manage internal communication, team calendars, office management, and client care systems. Additionally, you will oversee team retention and recognition initiatives, including events and referrals. Hiring and leadership of virtual support staff, as well as in-house staff if applicable, will also be part of your responsibilities. You will own the agent onboarding process, which includes holding trainings both in person and virtually. Your role will require you to create and maintain systems that ensure the integrity of the database, holding agents accountable to established standards.
This is a full-time role in-office, Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends required for team functions and events. Compensation is dependent on experience, ranging from $55,000 to $60,000 per year, plus potential bonus opportunities. We are excited to meet the person(s) that truly believe they could be a match!
