Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 8 years of experience in software development. With 5 years of experience in testing and launching software products, you have a strong foundation in software design and architecture. Your leadership skills shine through your 3 years of experience in leading ML design and optimizing ML infrastructure, including model deployment and evaluation. You are well-versed in Generative AI techniques, such as large language models and computer vision, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in this area. You possess a deep understanding of data structures and algorithms, which you have applied in various projects over your career. Your experience working in cross-functional teams has equipped you with the skills to navigate complex project dynamics effectively.

Desirable

A Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field would be a plus. You have a proven track record of leading project teams and setting technical direction, which has prepared you for a technical leadership role at Google. Your ability to stay up-to-date with new research and developments in the evolving fields of Generative AI and security is commendable.
