Who you are

You have at least 3 years of professional experience in automotive interior repair and/or glass repair, showcasing your ability to handle various repair tasks with precision and skill. Your expertise includes repairing damaged cloth, leather, plastic, vinyl, and other upholstery materials, ensuring that every vehicle meets high standards of quality and aesthetics. You are adept at color matching and dying cloth and fabric, which is essential for restoring interiors to their original condition. Your experience also extends to repairing center consoles, seats, dashboards, headliners, and stitching, demonstrating your comprehensive knowledge of automotive interiors. Additionally, you possess the skills necessary to repair stars, bullseyes, combination breaks, cracks, and scratches in windows and windshields, making you a versatile technician in the field.

Desirable

While not required, any certifications related to automotive repair or glass repair would be a plus, as would experience with advanced repair techniques or tools. A strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service will set you apart in this role.

What you'll do

As an Automotive Interior Restoration Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing high-quality repairs on vehicle interiors and glass. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in our high-tech Inspection Centers to ensure that every repair meets our rigorous standards. Your day-to-day tasks will include assessing damage to interiors and glass, executing repairs efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will also collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure that vehicles are ready for delivery to customers in a timely manner. Your role may require you to work overtime during peak times to meet customer demands, reflecting our commitment to exceptional service.
