Delinea is seeking a Senior GTM Recruiter for a 6-month contract to support immediate hiring needs across GTM. This role focuses on enhancing the recruitment process and requires significant experience in talent acquisition.
You have extensive experience in recruitment, particularly in go-to-market (GTM) roles, and understand the nuances of hiring for sales, marketing, and customer success positions. Your background includes working with diverse teams and you are adept at identifying top talent that aligns with organizational goals. You are familiar with the latest recruitment technologies and methodologies, ensuring a streamlined hiring process. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders alike.
