Overview

HelloFresh is seeking a Senior Growth Manager for Retail Media to drive brand partnerships and revenue growth. You'll develop sales strategies and manage relationships with partners. This role requires 5+ years of experience in sales or business development.

Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a Media Agency environment — you've successfully sourced, launched, and expanded partnerships while demonstrating excellent negotiation skills. Your strong analytical skills enable you to make data-driven decisions, and you approach challenges with a structured mindset. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with various teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. Your ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with partners is a key strength, and you are adept at identifying growth opportunities within local and global networks.

Desirable

Experience in the food technology sector or a similar fast-paced industry would be a plus. Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and media partnerships can enhance your effectiveness in this role.

What you'll do

As the Senior Growth Manager - Retail Media at HelloFresh, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at driving revenue and achieving sales targets across various channels. You will identify key growth opportunities within local and global partner networks, scoping new partnership opportunities that align with company goals. Your role will involve preparing and negotiating partnership proposals and contracts to ensure favorable terms. You will execute a strategy to onboard media agencies into our partner mix, enabling future scalability of our growth efforts. Collaboration will be essential as you work closely with brand, operations, legal, and procurement teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. You will also manage relationships with our sales agency and collaborate with our Global Retail Media team to maximize impact.
