Vixxo is seeking an Equipment Technician to manage maintenance services in Minneapolis and surrounding areas. You'll be responsible for repairing commercial coffee equipment and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires at least one year of relevant experience.
You are a creative problem solver who thrives on troubleshooting issues and finding effective solutions. Your ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical individuals makes you an asset in customer interactions. You are a constant learner, eager to refine your technical expertise and adapt to new challenges. With at least one year of experience servicing equipment, you bring a practical understanding of maintenance and repair processes. Your background may include roles such as HVAC Technician, Maintenance Technician, or Field Service Technician, showcasing your versatility in technical environments.
As an Equipment Technician at Vixxo, you will work independently to provide both reactive and preventative maintenance services throughout your assigned territory. Your primary responsibility will be to repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet customer expectations. You will own relationships with your customers, inspiring loyalty through professional and reliable service that adheres to all safety rules. Meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements will be crucial, which includes conducting thorough inspections and performing timely maintenance on equipment correctly the first time. You will also be responsible for completing descriptive and accurate paperwork to document your work and maintain service records.
