What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of packaging automation projects, from initial ideation through to implementation and commissioning. You will design and develop automation solutions that streamline the semiconductor packaging process, ensuring that production is efficient and cost-effective. Collaborating closely with process design engineers, you will identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes that enhance the overall production workflow.

You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that each one is progressing according to schedule and budget. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the automation process, working closely with equipment manufacturers to ensure that all systems are functioning optimally. You will also be responsible for documenting processes and providing training to team members on new automation systems.
