Catawiki is seeking a Service Designer to enhance the post-purchase experience across payments, shipping, and customer support. You'll focus on service ecosystems and user experience flows. This role requires a strong background in service design and product design.

You have a strong background in service design, with experience in optimizing end-to-end user experiences. You understand the importance of looking beyond screens and features, focusing on the entire service ecosystem and workflows. Your ability to create and maintain customer experience maps will be crucial in capturing both happy and unhappy paths in the post-purchase journey. You are comfortable collaborating with internal teams and third-party logistics partners to ensure a seamless experience for users.
