What you'll do

As a Staff Frontend Engineer on Verkada's Growth team, you will take ownership of the company's core online presence. Your primary responsibility will be to drive continuous improvements to Verkada’s website and microsites, ensuring that all designs are executed flawlessly and reflect modern design principles. You will collaborate closely with design and marketing teams to create high-impact web experiences that engage users and drive growth.

You will experiment with various UI elements to optimize user engagement and conversion rates. This includes implementing best practices for web performance and accessibility, ensuring that all users have a seamless experience. You will also analyze user data to inform your design and development decisions, making adjustments based on feedback and performance metrics.

In this role, you will lead projects from concept to completion, coordinating with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables. You will mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support as they develop their skills and contribute to the team. Your leadership will help foster a collaborative environment where innovative ideas can flourish.
