SpaceX is seeking a Hardware Reliability Technician for the Starlink product team to ensure the reliability and quality of Starlink products through manufacturing, testing, and installation. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
You have a background in hardware reliability and quality assurance, with experience in manufacturing processes and testing methodologies. You are detail-oriented and possess strong problem-solving skills, enabling you to communicate and resolve quality-related issues effectively. You understand the importance of documentation and adhere to prescribed procedures and processes to ensure compliance with quality management systems. You are proactive in supporting root cause investigations and have a collaborative mindset that allows you to work well with cross-functional teams.
Experience in the aerospace or telecommunications industry is a plus, as is familiarity with satellite technology and broadband systems. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to innovative projects that push the boundaries of technology.
