Flex is seeking a Senior Manager for Partnerships Strategy & Operations to support the growth and performance of enterprise partnerships. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to execute cross-functional strategies effectively.
You have a strong background in partnership development and operations, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the FinTech or related industries. Your analytical mindset allows you to derive insights from data, and you are highly organized, ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy the challenge of combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You are proactive in identifying new opportunities and monitoring performance metrics to drive success. Your communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and clarity in partnership objectives.
Experience in the FinTech sector is a plus, as is familiarity with rent payment solutions or similar financial products. You may have a background in analytics or strategy consulting, which has equipped you with the skills to navigate complex partnership landscapes. In this role, you will be responsible for launching new partnerships and ensuring their success through effective management and execution. You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships to develop strategies that align with Flex's growth objectives. Your role will involve analyzing partnership performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance outcomes. You will also coordinate with various teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure that partnerships are integrated seamlessly into Flex's operations. Your ability to communicate insights and recommendations will be crucial in driving strategic decisions and fostering strong relationships with partners.
