CI&T is seeking a Mid-Level Java Developer to lead a multidisciplinary team and deliver quality technical solutions. You'll work with Java 17+, Spring Boot, and various microservices technologies. This role requires experience in software development and problem-solving.
You have experience with Java 17+ and a strong understanding of Spring Boot — you've built scalable applications and are comfortable leading technical discussions within a team. Your background includes working with Node.js and microservices, allowing you to contribute effectively to diverse technical scenarios. You are adept at designing and implementing REST APIs, ensuring they meet the needs of clients and users alike. Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, and you can approach challenges with a macro view of the business, helping your team navigate complex issues. You enjoy sharing knowledge and enhancing team capabilities through training sessions and dojos, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Experience with hexagonal architecture, CI/CD practices, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus — these skills will help you excel in our fast-paced environment. Familiarity with automated testing frameworks will also be beneficial as you work to ensure high-quality deliverables.
