KnowBe4 is hiring an Account Executive (Enterprise/Strategic) to manage customer accounts and maximize sales opportunities. You'll be responsible for promoting and selling cybersecurity products to enterprise-sized businesses. This role requires experience in sales and account management.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing enterprise accounts and maximizing sales opportunities. Your experience includes promoting and selling products to large organizations, ideally in the cybersecurity or technology sectors. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable engaging with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. You possess strong communication skills and are adept at building relationships with key stakeholders. Your ability to reactivate lapsed accounts demonstrates your persistence and strategic thinking. You are motivated by achieving and exceeding sales quotas and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.
As an Account Executive at KnowBe4, you will be responsible for managing assigned customer accounts and maximizing all sales opportunities within those accounts. You will target new business while also focusing on reactivating dark (lapsed) customer accounts. Your role will involve understanding the unique needs of enterprise-sized businesses and effectively communicating how KnowBe4's AI-driven Human Risk Management platform can enhance their security culture. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Achieving and exceeding monthly sales quotas will be a key focus, and you will leverage your sales skills to drive growth for the company.
