Perfect Venue is seeking a Founding Business Development Representative to drive outbound sales and build a BDR function. You'll collaborate with the CEO and sales team, leveraging your expertise in hospitality tech sales. This role is hybrid, requiring 4 days a week in the San Francisco office.
You are a self-motivated individual with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, eager to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. With at least one year of experience in business development or sales, you understand the nuances of prospecting and lead generation. Your background in hospitality tech sales is a significant advantage, as it equips you with the insights needed to connect with potential clients effectively. You are adaptable and ready to take on challenges, demonstrating a proactive approach to building relationships and driving results.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and engineering, ensures alignment and maximizes the impact of your outreach efforts. You are comfortable using CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, to maintain organized contact and company lists, ensuring that your sales strategies are data-driven and efficient.
