Block is seeking a KYC/KYB Policy and Strategy Manager to oversee compliance strategies and ensure secure customer onboarding. This role requires expertise in financial crimes prevention and policy development.
You have a strong background in compliance and risk management, particularly in the financial sector. With at least 5 years of experience, you understand the complexities of KYC and KYB regulations and have a proven track record of developing effective compliance strategies. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent analytical skills, allowing you to assess risks and implement necessary controls effectively. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey complex compliance requirements clearly. You are passionate about creating a secure and trusted financial ecosystem and are committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity and compliance.
In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of KYC and KYB policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with the Financial Crimes organization to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Your responsibilities will include conducting risk assessments, monitoring compliance with established policies, and providing guidance to teams on compliance-related matters. You will also be responsible for training staff on KYC and KYB processes and ensuring that all customer onboarding procedures are secure and efficient. Additionally, you will stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to continuously improve Block's compliance framework.
