Overview

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Majors Account Executive to lead strategic customer engagements and expand critical platform sales. This role requires exceptional sales skills and a vision for driving customer success.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing major accounts and driving revenue growth. With at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, you understand the nuances of enterprise sales and have successfully navigated complex sales cycles. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is complemented by your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and can adapt to the needs of your clients and team.

You are a visionary who can identify opportunities for growth and innovation within your accounts. Your experience in the tech industry, particularly with cloud services or cybersecurity, gives you a unique perspective on how to position Cloudflare's offerings effectively. You are driven by results and have a history of exceeding sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure that your clients receive the best possible service. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.

Desirable

Experience with Cloudflare's products or similar technologies is a plus. Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems will help you manage your pipeline effectively. A background in working with enterprise clients and understanding their unique needs will set you apart.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the driving force behind Cloudflare's most strategic customer engagements. You will lead the charge in securing and expanding critical platform sales, working closely with your clients to understand their needs and how Cloudflare can meet them. You will develop and execute account strategies that align with both your clients' goals and Cloudflare's objectives.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities within your existing accounts and leveraging your network to expand Cloudflare's footprint. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback will inform your approach, allowing you to tailor solutions that resonate with your clients.

Collaboration is key in this role. You will work with various internal teams to ensure that your clients receive the highest level of service and support. This includes coordinating with product teams to relay customer feedback and advocate for enhancements that will benefit your accounts.
