What you'll do

As a Senior Staff Data Analyst at Flex, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of the company by guiding key analytics projects across various teams, including Customer Support, Finance, Go-To-Market, Marketing, Product, and Strategy. You will be responsible for improving the understanding of the business through data-led storytelling, identifying areas for improvement, and providing actionable insights to drive strategic decisions. Your work will involve analyzing user behavior, financial metrics, and market trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that data-driven insights are integrated into decision-making processes. This includes conducting thorough analyses, creating dashboards, and presenting findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. You will also mentor junior analysts, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making within the team.

Your role will require you to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance your skills and the capabilities of the analytics team. You will be expected to contribute to the development of data governance frameworks and ensure that data quality standards are met across the organization.
