Elastic is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to act as the primary technical contact for accounts and provide strategic guidance on Elastic's offerings. You'll leverage your expertise in Elasticsearch to build relationships and support the sales process in Tokyo.
You have extensive experience in solutions architecture, ideally with a focus on search and AI technologies — you understand how to align technical solutions with customer needs and can communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. Your background includes working closely with sales teams to drive technical wins and enhance customer satisfaction. You are skilled at building and maintaining relationships across all levels of customer organizations, ensuring that you can advocate effectively for their needs. You are proactive in pursuing personal and professional growth, continuously expanding your knowledge of Elastic's products and the broader market landscape.
Experience with cloud-based solutions and a strong understanding of data security and observability principles would be advantageous. Familiarity with the sales process and the ability to create tailored collateral for different customer segments will set you apart. You are comfortable presenting at meetups and conferences, showcasing your expertise and the value of Elastic's offerings.
