Program Manager (Europe)

Who you are

You have a proven track record as a Program Manager, ideally with experience in managing product initiatives within SaaS environments. Your structured approach to execution and delivery ensures that projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. You thrive in fast-moving environments and are comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities. Your strong communication skills enable you to coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and QA.

You possess a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and have experience leading Agile/Scrum ceremonies. You know how to facilitate planning sessions, standups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews, ensuring that teams remain aligned and focused on their goals. Your ability to track progress, dependencies, risks, and timelines allows you to proactively identify and mitigate issues before they escalate.

You are passionate about continuous improvement and are always looking for ways to enhance processes to improve delivery predictability. You understand the importance of maintaining a sprint-ready backlog with clear scope, acceptance criteria, and priorities. Your analytical mindset helps you identify bottlenecks and drive solutions that enable efficient execution.

Desirable

Experience in AI or cloud platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with DLP and DSPM technologies. You may also have a background in software development or product management, which gives you a unique perspective on the challenges faced by engineering teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the execution across multiple concurrent product initiatives, ensuring that the AI-powered DLP and DSPM cloud platform is delivered effectively. You will drive planning, milestone alignment, and delivery tracking across Engineering and Product teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process. Your responsibilities will include tracking progress, managing dependencies, and escalating issues as needed to keep projects on track.

You will lead and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies across multiple teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned and that the teams have a clear understanding of their goals. You will work closely with teams to maintain a sprint-ready backlog, ensuring that all tasks have clear scope and acceptance criteria. Your role will also involve identifying and driving continuous process improvements to enhance execution efficiency and predictability.

As the Program Manager, you will own the release execution end-to-end, coordinating readiness planning, branch cut coordination, release gating, and rollout sequencing. You will ensure that staged rollouts across customer segments are executed smoothly, from Beta to General Availability. Your ability to remove blockers by coordinating across teams will be crucial to the success of the product initiatives you manage.
