Matillion is seeking a Senior GTM Operations & Analytics Manager to deliver analytics and actionable insights for Marketing and Sales teams. You'll work with SQL and data analytics to improve demand generation performance and pipeline visibility. This role requires strong experience in sales and marketing operations.
You have 5+ years of experience in GTM operations and analytics, with a strong background in translating data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth. Your expertise in SQL and data analytics allows you to build scalable reporting frameworks that enhance demand generation performance and pipeline visibility. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Finance to deliver impactful results.
You possess a deep understanding of sales and marketing operations, enabling you to support GTM execution effectively. Your analytical mindset helps you identify trends and opportunities within data, allowing you to provide clear, revenue-impacting insights to leadership. You are a builder and operator, comfortable with both developing frameworks and executing strategies that drive success.
Experience with data visualization tools and CRM systems is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven analytics solutions.
