Metronome is seeking a Solutions Architect to manage the technical aspects of the customer lifecycle. You'll work closely with sales, growth, product, and R&D teams. This role requires strong technical skills and experience in customer engagement.
You have a strong technical background and experience in solutions architecture, ideally with a focus on customer engagement and lifecycle management. You understand the intersection of sales, product, and engineering, and can effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to drive customer success. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of a rapidly scaling organization, ensuring that customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Experience with usage-based billing platforms or similar SaaS products is a plus. Familiarity with modern software development practices and tools will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
As a Solutions Architect at Metronome, you will own the technical aspects of the customer lifecycle, bridging the gap between sales and post-implementation teams. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that leverage our usage-based billing platform. Your role will involve collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into our product roadmap. You will also be responsible for conducting technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of our platform, helping to drive customer acquisition and retention.
You will engage with customers throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation. This includes providing technical support and guidance to customers as they integrate our platform into their existing systems. You will also play a key role in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional features and services to enhance customer value.
