Carvana is hiring for entry-level automotive roles, including Detailer and Lot Attendant, at their San Diego location. Responsibilities include detailing vehicles and moving them within the inspection center. This position requires a valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 18 years of age, ready to take on the physical demands of the job, including the ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are prepared to work in various weather conditions, utilizing safety equipment as needed.
While no specific skills are required, any previous experience in automotive roles or familiarity with vehicle detailing would be beneficial. You are a team player who can adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities as needed.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to choose from several positions, including Detailer, where you will be responsible for washing, cleaning, and buffing vehicles to ensure they meet Carvana's high standards. As a Lot Attendant, you will move vehicles between departments in our Inspection Centers, ensuring smooth operations and timely inspections. If you take on the role of Photobooth Associate, you will capture high-quality images of vehicles for our online listings, helping customers get a clear view of what we offer. Additionally, as an Inspection Associate, you will inspect vehicles for any imperfections or defects, playing a crucial role in maintaining our quality assurance.
Carvana offers a competitive starting pay of $18.00 to $19.00 per hour, depending on your level of experience. You will work a first shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 6 am to 3 pm, with the possibility of mandatory overtime based on business needs.
