Uber is seeking an Account Manager to join their Uber Eats team in Mexico City. You'll manage a portfolio of high-value restaurant partners, providing strategic consulting and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong negotiation skills and a data-driven approach.
You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in the food delivery or restaurant industry. You are strategic and data-driven, capable of using analytics to inform your decisions and recommendations. Your strong communication skills allow you to effectively negotiate and build relationships with high-value partners. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance partner experiences and drive business growth.
You are comfortable operating autonomously, managing complex negotiations, and leading projects that require coordination across various departments. Your analytical mindset enables you to diagnose operational issues and implement effective solutions that improve partner performance and customer satisfaction. You are passionate about helping partners succeed and are always looking for ways to optimize their operations and increase their revenue.
Experience in the restaurant or food delivery sector is a plus, as is familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques. A background in business consulting or strategic sales would also be beneficial. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of enterprise restaurant partners, ensuring their retention and satisfaction on the Uber Eats platform. You will conduct Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) with partners, presenting performance data and operational insights to help them optimize their delivery efficiency and profitability. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for revenue growth through upselling Uber Eats products that align with partner goals.
You will lead contract negotiations and work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to implement solutions that enhance the restaurant experience. Your ability to diagnose operational issues, such as high missing item rates or slow prep times, will be crucial in driving improvements. You will act as a business consultant, using data to provide tailored recommendations that help partners achieve their objectives.
