- Maintain and update partner-facing documentation, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and accessibility to support seamless collaboration.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by bringing together the right internal teams (e.g., engineering, product, marketing) to deliver on partnership commitments.
- Ensure alignment between eero’s product roadmap and partner needs, advocating for solutions that enhance customer and partner experiences. Document product requirements for review and prioritization.
- Track and follow up on partner feature requests and support tickets to ensure timely resolution and maintain clear communication with partners on progress.
- Participate in customer and partner meetings, including executive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), to present progress, address challenges, and identify growth opportunities.
- Identify, design and pursue opportunities to expand partnerships, driving innovation and value for both eero and our ISPs.
- Monitor and report on partnership performance metrics, providing actionable insights to internal stakeholders and partners.
- Represent eero with a high level of professionalism in all partner interactions, fostering trust and long-term relationships.

About the team

Along the way, we review partner requests, ensure eero teams are aligned on requirements, and drive cross-functional efforts to meet external commitments. We help our partners develop their eero deployment strategy, manage their purchase and promotion agreements, and drive business performance.
