Overview

Faculty is seeking a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to drive the development of human-centered AI solutions for the Defence sector. Who you are

You have a strong background in machine learning and AI, with experience in developing and deploying AI solutions that prioritize ethical considerations and human-centric design. Your expertise allows you to navigate complex technical challenges while maintaining a focus on delivering impactful results for clients. You are eligible for UK Security Clearance and are comfortable working on-site with Defence clients, demonstrating your commitment to the sensitive nature of the projects you undertake.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative AI solutions to life. Your intellectual curiosity drives you to explore the latest advancements in AI technology, ensuring that you remain at the forefront of the field. You understand the importance of building trust with clients and stakeholders, and you excel at communicating complex technical concepts in an accessible manner.

You are adaptable and open to flexible working arrangements, including hybrid work models that allow you to balance on-site client engagements with remote work. Desirable

What you'll do
