Chime is seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to lead culture-first brand campaigns that resonate with millions. You'll be responsible for creative strategy, execution, and managing partnerships across various channels. This role requires strong leadership and creative skills.
You have over 5 years of experience in brand marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful campaigns that resonate culturally. Your expertise lies in developing creative strategies that not only capture attention but also drive engagement and brand loyalty. You are adept at managing both agency and in-house creative teams, ensuring that all outputs align with the brand's voice and objectives. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life and maximize their impact across various channels.
You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions. You understand the nuances of different media channels, including paid, social, partnerships, PR, and product experiences, and know how to leverage them effectively. Your leadership style is inclusive and empowering, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation within your team. You are passionate about building a brand that not only stands out but also resonates deeply with its audience.
Experience in the financial services or fintech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with cultural trends and how they influence consumer behavior. You have a knack for identifying and activating talent and creator partnerships that enhance brand visibility and engagement. Your ability to think strategically while also being hands-on in execution sets you apart as a leader in brand marketing.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end process of 360-degree brand campaigns, from initial insights and brief development to production, launch, and measurement. You will serve as Chime’s brand steward, ensuring a consistent and differentiated voice across all channels. Your responsibilities will include leading in-house contextual ad creative, partnering with media teams to optimize assets, and driving activations that enhance brand presence.
You will be accountable for managing campaign P&Ls, ensuring that all initiatives are executed within budget while achieving desired outcomes. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams, including media, paid and organic, to leverage creative assets effectively. You will also be responsible for driving “world-building” initiatives, such as brand and merchandise collaborations, that further enhance Chime’s cultural relevance.
Chime offers a competitive salary range starting at $130,050 and going up to $180,600, depending on your experience and qualifications. Full-time employees are also eligible for bonuses, a competitive equity package, and comprehensive benefits.
