What you'll do

As an Associate Territory Manager, you will play a crucial role in the launch and adoption of PROCEPT's innovative robotic surgical technology. You will work alongside surgeons and Clinical Specialists to ensure that every procedure is executed safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include supporting in-procedure coordination and training operating room teams, helping to ensure that surgeons progress through a structured onboarding pathway. You will also be instrumental in cultivating strong relationships with both clinical and office staff, enabling procedural scheduling and early program success. Your role will require you to be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and facilitating communication between various stakeholders.
