What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager at CLEAR1, you will take ownership of high-impact initiatives that enhance the enterprise partner experience. You will define and own the product strategy and roadmap for your domain, ensuring accountability for partner experience and platform performance. You will collaborate with design and research teams to deeply understand user behaviors and pain points, translating insights into product improvements that drive adoption and satisfaction. You will partner with security and compliance teams to strengthen the CLEAR1 platform through initiatives like data protection, access controls, and adherence to regulatory requirements. You will drive the design and delivery of APIs and partner integrations, ensuring they are flexible, reliable, and scalable. Additionally, you will develop partner-facing dashboards and reporting tools that provide transparency into performance, adoption, and verification outcomes, helping partners optimize their use of the platform.
