What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap for Degreed’s application, focusing on key elements that evolve based on business priorities. You will spend approximately 25% of your time on strategic planning, where you will outline the vision and direction for the product. Another 25% will be dedicated to product marketing and external engagement, ensuring that the product resonates with users and meets market demands. The remaining 50% of your time will be spent on operational execution, where you will oversee the development process, collaborate with engineering teams, and ensure timely delivery of product features. You will also leverage AI technologies to enhance user engagement and improve overall product effectiveness. Your role will involve continuous iteration based on user feedback and market analysis, ensuring that Degreed remains at the forefront of the upskilling industry.
