Who you are

You have a strong background as a Business Systems Analyst, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. Your attention to detail is exceptional, allowing you to ensure that all project requirements are clearly defined and communicated. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to drive successful project outcomes. Your proactive nature means you anticipate potential issues and address them before they escalate, ensuring smooth project execution.

You possess a solid understanding of enterprise platforms, particularly Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Slack. While you may not have hands-on configuration experience, your familiarity with these tools enables you to effectively communicate with technical teams and understand the implications of their work. You are comfortable navigating complex project landscapes and can adapt to changing requirements with ease.

Your experience includes light Scrum Master responsibilities, which means you are familiar with Agile methodologies and can facilitate team meetings, manage backlogs, and ensure that the team adheres to Agile principles. You understand the importance of cross-functional coordination and are skilled at fostering collaboration among diverse teams.

Desirable

Experience in the maritime or technology sectors would be a plus, as it would provide you with valuable context for the projects you will be working on. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies will also enhance your ability to contribute effectively to the team.

What you'll do

In your role as a Business Systems Analyst at Saronic, you will be responsible for ensuring that all project requirements are well-defined and communicated to the relevant teams. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, ensuring that all necessary details are captured before project initiation. Your ability to translate business needs into technical specifications will be crucial in guiding the development process.

You will collaborate with product owners and developers to facilitate the successful execution of projects. This includes participating in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning and retrospectives, to ensure that the team remains aligned and focused on delivering high-quality outcomes. Your light Scrum Master responsibilities will involve helping the team stay organized and on track, addressing any obstacles that may arise during the project lifecycle.

As part of your role, you will also engage with enterprise technology teams to ensure that all initiatives are executed without disruption. Your proactive approach will help identify potential risks and issues early on, allowing for timely resolution and minimizing impact on project timelines.
