What you'll do

As a DLS Clinical Consultant at Amazon, you will serve as a clinical resource for the Disability and Leave Service (DLS) organization. Your primary responsibility will be to assist case managers by reviewing clinical information and providing recommendations on short-term disability (STD) and accommodation claims. You will facilitate communication between the case management team and employees, ensuring that all parties are informed and supported throughout the leave process. Your role will involve coordinating return-to-work plans, advocating for employees, and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely manner.
