Handshake is seeking First-Line Supervisors of Entertainment and Recreation Services to contribute to an AI training project. You'll leverage your professional experience to evaluate AI models and provide feedback. No AI experience is required for this contract role.
You have at least 4 years of professional experience in entertainment or recreation services, which gives you the context needed to evaluate and train AI models effectively. You are comfortable working independently and can manage your time flexibly, averaging 5-20 hours per week. Your background includes analyzing and recording operational data, applying customer feedback to improve service quality, and assigning work effectively. You are eager to learn new skills and contribute to the development of AI in your field, even if you do not have prior experience with AI technologies.
Experience in evaluating service quality and operational effectiveness is a plus. Familiarity with AI concepts, while not required, may enhance your contributions to the project. You are open to collaborating with others and sharing insights that can help improve AI models.
In this role, you will participate in an AI research project that runs year-round, contributing your expertise to evaluate AI models related to your field. You will develop prompts that reflect your professional experience and assess the responses generated by AI. Your feedback will be crucial in strengthening the model's understanding of workplace tasks and language. You will work asynchronously and independently, allowing you to fit this role into your schedule without a minimum commitment.
