Coupang is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for their Logistics Operation Center in Taipei. You'll focus on optimizing delivery performance and enhancing customer satisfaction through data-driven insights. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in logistics operations.
You have a strong background in business analysis, particularly within logistics or operations, and possess the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Your experience includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive performance improvements and enhance customer experiences. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for developing comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide visibility into operational metrics. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at identifying opportunities for optimization.
