Workato is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to drive business impact through innovative technology solutions. You'll leverage your expertise in enterprise orchestration to streamline operations for clients. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work flexibly across sales territories.
You have a strong background in solutions consulting, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively is one of your key strengths, allowing you to engage with diverse audiences from technical teams to executive stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into actionable solutions. Your presentation skills are top-notch, enabling you to deliver compelling demonstrations and proposals that resonate with potential customers. You are adaptable and willing to travel as needed, ensuring you can meet clients where they are and provide the best possible service. You are also comfortable working flexible hours to accommodate different time zones and client schedules.
Experience with AI-powered platforms or enterprise orchestration tools would be a significant advantage, as would familiarity with integration solutions that connect various applications and data sources. A background in sales or customer success can also enhance your effectiveness in this role, as you will be working closely with sales teams to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their business challenges and how Workato's solutions can address them. You will conduct needs assessments and develop tailored solutions that leverage our enterprise orchestration capabilities. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to ensure that client requirements are met and that solutions are delivered effectively. You will also play a key role in training and supporting clients post-implementation, ensuring they can maximize the value of our platform. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of best practices and case studies that showcase the success of our solutions in real-world applications.
