What you'll do

As a Senior Program Manager at Okta, you will lead the annual and quarterly planning cycles for the TDI portfolio, ensuring that all strategic initiatives are aligned with the company's objectives. You will facilitate executive reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders. Your role will involve building and maintaining dashboards and reports that provide insights into program performance, helping to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices in portfolio management. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of accountability and transparency within the TDI Strategy & Planning team.
