Okta is seeking a Senior Program Manager for their TDI Strategy & Planning team to lead portfolio management and strategic programs. You'll work closely with senior leaders and utilize Atlassian products to track program delivery.

Who you are

You have a strong background in program management with at least 5 years of experience leading strategic initiatives and managing portfolios. Your expertise in organizing and facilitating program reviews is complemented by your ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders across various teams. You are proficient in using Atlassian products to track and report on program progress, ensuring that all critical programs are delivered on time and within scope. You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at building dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into project statuses. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess risks and develop mitigation strategies proactively, ensuring that projects align with organizational goals.

Desirable

Experience in the technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with identity management solutions. What you'll do
