Overview

Datadog is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to target and close new business with strategic customers in Indonesia. You'll focus on understanding customer pain points in cloud environments and managing existing accounts while acquiring new ones.

Job Description

Who you are

You have 3+ years of closing experience, ideally in field selling within mid-market or enterprise environments. You are driven and have consistently met or exceeded direct sales goals of $1M+, managing an average deal size of $100k+. Your proven ability to grow existing business and expand large enterprise accounts sets you apart. You possess strong relationship-building skills and can navigate complex sales processes with ease.

What you'll do

In this role, you will prospect into a territory of new logos while running an efficient sales process. You will maintain, build, and own specific relationship maps for your territory, including existing relationships and aspirational contacts. Your focus will be on expanding and growing your existing territory of accounts through cross-sell and upsell opportunities. You will develop a deep comprehension of your customers' businesses, ensuring you can negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises by selling value and ROI. You will handle existing customer expectations while expanding your reach and depth into your assigned territory, demonstrating resourcefulness when faced with challenges that defy easy solutions. You will identify a robust set of business drivers behind all opportunities and ensure high forecasting accuracy and consistency.
