Google is seeking a Senior Customer Engineer specializing in AI/ML to design and implement solutions on Google Cloud. You'll leverage your expertise in deep learning frameworks and cloud-native architecture while engaging with technical stakeholders in both English and Turkish.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 10 years of experience in cloud-native architecture, particularly in customer-facing or support roles. Your background includes designing agentic workflows and multi-agent architectures, showcasing your ability to tackle complex challenges in AI and machine learning. You are proficient in frameworks for deep learning such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Jax, and Ray, and have hands-on experience with AI accelerators like TPUs and GPUs. Your communication skills in English and Turkish allow you to effectively engage with technical stakeholders and present ideas to executive leaders.
You hold a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field, which complements your extensive experience. You have designed Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and are familiar with vector databases, semantic retrieval, and hybrid search strategies. Your expertise extends to building machine learning solutions and leveraging various machine learning architectures, including deep learning and convolutional networks. You understand the intricacies of architecting scalable, distributed systems and have a solid grasp of data management as it relates to big data trends and issues.
In this role, you will act as a public advocate for Google Cloud, engaging with customers to implement comprehensive solutions. You will travel to customer sites, conferences, and related events, showcasing your expertise and the capabilities of Google Cloud. Your responsibilities will include designing complex Multi-Agent Systems that move beyond simple chat interfaces, engaging in prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and technical workshops. You will bridge the gap between customer business goals and Google's AI technology, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet specific needs.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative AI solutions, leveraging your deep understanding of machine learning frameworks and architectures. Your role will involve engaging with customers to understand their challenges and providing them with the necessary tools and strategies to succeed in their AI initiatives. You will also be responsible for presenting technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and understanding.
