Camunda is seeking an Enterprise Account-Based Marketing Manager to design and execute targeted ABM programs for key enterprise accounts. This role requires collaboration across marketing, sales, and customer success to drive measurable revenue impact.
You have a strong background in account-based marketing, ideally with experience in enterprise environments — you've successfully designed and executed ABM strategies that engage complex buying committees and drive revenue growth. You understand the nuances of targeting high-value accounts and can leverage insights to create impactful marketing programs.
Your experience includes working closely with sales and customer success teams — you know how to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and ensure that your strategies resonate with both prospects and existing customers. You are data-driven and can analyze campaign performance to optimize future initiatives.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate marketing strategies and results to stakeholders at all levels — you can translate complex data into actionable insights that inform decision-making. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus — familiarity with platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce can enhance your ability to execute ABM campaigns effectively. In this role, you will own the ABM strategy for a defined portfolio of enterprise accounts — you'll design, execute, and scale targeted marketing programs that engage key stakeholders and drive measurable revenue impact. You will be responsible for orchestrating insight-driven programs that resonate with your audience — this involves understanding customer pain points, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to create compelling messaging that drives engagement.
