DigiCert is seeking an Associate Authentication Analyst to ensure the quality of validation products. You'll interact with customers and analyze validation test data. This entry-level role is based in Lehi, Utah, with a hybrid work schedule.
You are a detail-oriented and energetic individual looking to start your career in the tech industry. As an Associate Authentication Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of internal and customer-facing validation products for DigiCert software. You have a knack for organization and enjoy working with data to ensure accuracy and reliability. Your communication skills shine through as you interact with customers via phone, chat, and email, projecting a professional company image. You are proactive in recognizing trends in customer interactions and are eager to alert supervisors to any issues that arise. You are comfortable researching customer organizations and verifying contact details online, showcasing your ability to navigate various online resources effectively.
While not required, any experience in customer support or data analysis would be beneficial. Familiarity with validation processes or software testing would also be a plus, as it would help you hit the ground running in this role.
In your role as an Associate Authentication Analyst, you will execute validation scripts and review completed test results to ensure they meet the necessary criteria. You will package these results into a Transferable validation product, playing a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of DigiCert's offerings. Your responsibilities will include analyzing validation test data to determine whether systems or processes have met validation criteria or to identify root causes of production problems. You will coordinate the implementation or scheduling of validation testing with affected departments and personnel, ensuring smooth operations across teams. Your role will also involve answering pre-sales and customer inquiries, providing support and information to enhance customer satisfaction. You will be expected to document your findings and communicate effectively with your team to drive improvements in validation processes.
DigiCert offers a full-time position with a hybrid schedule, requiring in-office work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. You will work 40 hours per week and receive a competitive hourly wage of $19.23, along with a 5% annual bonus.
