Logistics Associate

Who you are

You are an individual contributor with a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years of age. You possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and have the ability to operate a computer and company-issued tablet and mobile devices. You are eager to learn and grow your career, potentially earning your class A CDL through the Loader to Driver program. You are detail-oriented and capable of accurately receiving, organizing, locating, and staging inventory vehicles on-lot consistent with processing and safety standards.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to staging and preparing inventory vehicles for inbound and outbound transport and direct delivery. You will use handheld scanning equipment to log vehicle locations and troubleshoot inventory location issues. Your responsibilities will include conducting multi-point inspections of inventory vehicles and accurately completing inspection reports. You will consistently meet processing and quality standards while maintaining lot and workspace areas. Additionally, you will safely operate company-owned vehicles and fuel inventory vehicles as needed.

Carvana provides a competitive pay range of $16-$18 hourly, with financial opportunities for growth through certifications. After 12 months in the role, you can earn an additional $.50 per hour by gaining your first certification, and another $.50 per hour after an additional 6 months for your second certification.
