Deel is seeking a General Manager for their White Label division to lead operations and strategy in the EMEA region. This role involves overseeing the integration of payroll and HR solutions for global teams, driving growth and compliance.
You have a strong background in operations and strategy, ideally with experience in the SaaS industry. You understand the complexities of payroll and HR management on a global scale and are passionate about creating inclusive opportunities for diverse teams. You possess excellent leadership skills and have a proven track record of driving business growth while ensuring compliance with local regulations. You are adept at managing cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Experience in managing large teams across multiple regions is a plus. Familiarity with AI-powered tools and payroll infrastructure will be beneficial. You are comfortable navigating the challenges of a rapidly growing company and can adapt to changing market conditions.
