What you'll do

As a member of the Video Electrical Engineering Sustaining team, you will take ownership of design maintenance and improvement activities — your role will involve debugging and qualification of existing products to ensure they meet performance standards. You will conduct failure analysis to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions that enhance product reliability. Your responsibilities will also include supporting regulatory testing to renew global certifications and enable new regions of sales. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address critical issues and drive design improvements, ensuring that Axon's video products remain world-class. Regular interaction with global teams will be part of your role, allowing you to share knowledge and best practices across the organization.
