Overview

WalkMe is seeking a Named Account Executive to manage strategic accounts in the Mid West region. You'll be responsible for new logo acquisition and driving customer success. This role requires strong consultative sales skills and experience with Fortune 500 clients.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing large accounts and driving revenue growth. With at least 5 years of experience in a consultative sales role, you understand the complexities of enterprise sales cycles and can navigate multiple stakeholders effectively. You are skilled in value-selling techniques and can articulate the benefits of digital adoption platforms to various business owners and departments. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is paramount, as you will be working closely with Fortune 500 companies to secure renewals and upsell opportunities.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, partnering with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and other teams to ensure positive customer outcomes. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage insights and data to inform your sales strategies and drive engagement. You are motivated by achieving targets and are always looking for ways to improve your approach to sales.

Desirable

Experience in the technology sector, particularly with digital transformation solutions, is a plus. Familiarity with SAP products or similar enterprise software will give you an edge in understanding client needs and positioning WalkMe's offerings effectively. You are adaptable and open to learning about new technologies and market trends that can enhance your sales strategy.

What you'll do

As a Named Account Executive at WalkMe, you will take ownership of some of our largest and most strategic accounts in the Mid West region. Your primary responsibility will be to drive new logo acquisition while also focusing on cross-selling and upselling within your existing account base. You will lead a consultative sales cycle, engaging with multiple stakeholders across various departments to demonstrate the value of WalkMe's Digital Adoption Platform.

You will work closely with Sales Engineering to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of your clients, ensuring that they fully leverage WalkMe's features for guidance, engagement, insights, and automation. Your role will involve regular communication with Customer Success teams to ensure that clients are satisfied and to identify opportunities for further engagement.

In addition to managing your accounts, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with WalkMe's overall business objectives. You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine your approach and ensure that you are meeting the evolving needs of your clients. Your success will be measured by your ability to secure renewals and drive revenue growth within your assigned accounts.
